I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. By making your appointment you are acknowledging you are aware of this. This fee is non refundable and does not go toward future appointments. refunds can and will be provided if the following: client reaches out 2 weeks after services are provided asking for a refund. and or client comes in for a complimentary fix of the unsatisfactory service, and still is unsatisfied. Looks By Lauren strives to keep all clients happy and feeling their best. I never want unsatisfied. It is my job to make you feel your best. If a refund is wanted, please contact me directly with the issue and we can come up with a plan or a refund. However, if client does not reach out to me or within 2 weeks requesting a refund. No refund will be given.
